As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll help bring the Hershey's brand to life by preparing quality café offerings, engaging with guests, and sharing the products, promotions, and experiences that make Hershey's Chocolate World unique. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering the friendly, energetic service guests expect.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Get to Do 

  • Welcome customers and create a friendly, high-energy shopping experience

  • Create a friendly, fun, and engaging experience for every customer

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment

  • Support the sales floor by restocking, organizing, and maintaining displays

  • Engage guests at the Experience Station by sharing product knowledge and creating fun, interactive moments

  • Share product knowledge and make recommendations to customers

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

  • Work with your team to meet store goals and deliver a consistently great experience 

 

Qualifications

What You Need 

 

Required 

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)

  • 1+ year of retail, food service, or hospitality experience

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with merchandising or high-volume retail environments

  • Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience

Individual compensation offered for this position will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
