Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
 
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks associated with supporting operations management team and Client
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with operations management team as well as MarketSource field teams
• Ability to become proficient in the use of client reporting tools to enable the production of standardized and ad hoc reporting has needed
• Merchandising project coordination and related issues resolutions
• Main contact for the warehousing, part and shipping providers
• Coordinate merchandising and parts shipments to the field team 
• Maintain the issue resolution tool   
• Daily auditing of reports submitted by merchandising field team and follow-up on outstanding issue resolution 
• Data integrity and location maintenance of The MarketSource Field Reporting Tool
• A core competency of relationship building and cross teaming skills

 

Qualifications

Requirements:
• 2 years minimum experience in successful support roles 
• Experience in merchandising project coordination
• Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision (Self-starter) 
• Expert with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time 
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of business systems, business processes, and client expectations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude.
• Working knowledge with the Internet and web based data collection and reporting 
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience 

 
Additional Job Requirements:
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
• Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently
