Summary

 

The Inside Sales Lead will be responsible for representing our client in the specified industry market and maintaining strategic relationships with the client and their partners to grow the number of client listings and sales with the client partners. This role will serve as a team leader and will be the primary go to person for newer, or less experienced Inside Sales reps on the team to address more basic product and process questions.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Be the subject matter expert on the client product features, benefits and differentiators
  • Assist the program and client leadership by being the first point of help with product and process knowledge for the other employees on the team
  • Grow existing account utilization (postings, sales, and purchases) to meet and exceed targeted levels
  • Consult with client partners to ensure that they maximize ROI (return on investment) opportunity
  • Consult with client partners/leaders regarding current performance and recommend solutions for improving conversion rate/market share
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client and business partners to become a trusted advisor
  • Oversee the daily activities of the client business initiatives
  • Provide onsite training and assistance to the ISRs (Inside Sales Reps) and BDRs (Business Development Representatives)
  • Quickly respond to stakeholders’ immediate needs
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for all daily activities, monthly reviews, and lead follow-up
  • Assimilate and effectively represent the client
  • Maintain focus on delivering exemplary customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, meet deadlines and goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow-up
  • Capability of working in a team-oriented environment that is fair, open, and honest (in-office/remote)
  • Thorough knowledge of business policies and practices
  • Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Action and detail oriented; able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
  • Quick and strong decision-making skills
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree or min. two years applicable work experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated successful years of sales experience; inside/virtual sales experience a plus
  • In-office workdays are required; there will be day(s) designated for working remotely based on schedule assigned
